I first met with a Chase banking agent and explained that I had experienced a scam. I gave him a spreadsheet of the list of money mules whom I was instructed to send funding to in order to recover my initial monetary losses. The banking agent was sympathetic to my story and kept the spreadsheet of money mules, most of whom were customers of the same bank. But after checking with his XXXX I was told to contact the Fraud division of the Bank by calling a number that was given to me ( XXXX ) XXXX. I spoke to the first agent, described what had happened to me ( like I did with the bank agent ) and was told to speak to another department. After I spoke to that agent and went through the same story, I was told to speak to yet another agent. The third and final agent said that they could only help if my account had been compromised by an outsider. She could not assist me at all.
