Ive written Chex system multiple letters letting them know that I do not recall having an entry of any sort stating that I owed an account called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX any amount when ordering my report. Chex System failed to write me back after sending multiple letters trying to fix this problem on my report. I am requesting them to provide me with any information that they have recording with proof of my signature AGAIN. I would also like the documents of the names of employees that they spoke with when verifying that these documents were so called accurate With the absence of this information, you can not furnish this information, I ask that this information be removed from my social security number ( XXXX ) immediately.
