I have contacted chex systems before to get them to remove adverse information on my credit report and I have contacted them in writing and on the phone and to no avail they have refused to remove the information or at least give me the details of the derogatory info so I may correct it. I want my information with Chex Systems either deleted or removed due to lack of supporting info or documentation and zero response from their customer service department. Thank you.
