I filed a dispute with Chase for {$2100.00} after my debit card has been stolen from my vehicle and I requested that Chase to send me a new debit card through XXXX, not through my mailbox because I live in the bad neighborhood. I was unable to get my charges back and I even contacted the merchant and they didn't respond. Chase denied my claim and never return these amount back into my account and threaten me that I can not open any account with Chase again.
