Good afternoon, my account was blocked at first. Never had the chance to use. Ive been trying to reach the bank for over two weeks. On the phone for hours. Today finally I got to talk to someone in maintenance team. She and her supervisor took a half hour to review the account. Once she got back she told me they couldnt service me anymore because of the check they had voided which is not % 100 my fault. Now the account as a positive balance they went ahead and close with the only balance I have to get something to eat and gas. It was XXXX from my dad and my brother straight to the account. They werent being nice and theyre no help whatsoever. Im very dissatisfied with there service. Maintenance team was really telling me there are no money in the account that I was looking at. Thats why I was on the phone for an XX/XX/12 for this treatment.
