I have been in contact with Rushmore Loan Services for the last 2 years. I have been working with them for the last 2 months to transition out of a loan forbearance. My loan is owned by XXXX XXXX. Rushmore offered me a loan modification that extended my loan by 17 years. I denied that offer. I requested a deferral which is an option with XXXX XXXX Rushmore denied my deferral request. Please help!
