Received a text from number : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX, FL ) Addresse to CITI customer- issues with account and to reaccess account please click on link : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX led to a citibank page. Asked for username and password. Then led through asking name, social, mother 's maiden name, then took to a log in with XXXX email/email password. Asked for license photos as well. I had been having issues with my Citibank debit card and had received a few texts over the past few weeks but ignored all of them. For some reason today I clicked on this link and followed through giving them all of this information. I immediately called Citibank bc something didn't feel right about this and they explained they would never send a link to click through or text about this information.
