this is my second complaint. i have been sending documents along with the updated application for several months now and every time I send in the list of documents needed, they keep saying something different when I call in for a status update. I even include the list of documents that the emailed me on missing documents. I recently called again after submitting everything on the list sent to me and now she is stating that I still have other documents. I feel that this a stall tactic for time to run out. I never received any document for court for foreclosure they just kept asking for more documents. I didn't find out that my home was in foreclosure status until people kept calling asking did I want to sell my property before foreclosure take place. they are the one that gave me my foreclosure date, the I called the mortgage company to confirm this information. I then asked why I hadn't been notified with all of the calls and communication I have had with them. they said it was sent in the mail and I never responded. I informed them that it was because I never received any notice. Had I had received this noticed I would mentioned it in the many conversations we have had trying to complete the modification application. i have submitted the documents she stated I need this last call last week, however she refused to email me a list of missing documents this time. She stated she couldn't and I informed her that the representatives that I have spoken to in the pass sent me a list so I would be able to know exactly what I need. So I did send in what she said I needed on both of loan accounts
