On or around XX/XX/2022, I cancelled my XXXX subscription then to ensure no future or reoccurring billing charges I changed credit card numbers. XXXX charges appeared on XX/XX/2022, statement. I reached out to Citibank and disputed the charge of {$9.00}. I informed Citibank the subscription was cancelled in XX/XX/2022, I do not authorize any reoccurring charges from this vendor. XXXX charges appeared again on the XX/XX/2022 statement. I never gave XXXX the new account number nor authorized Citibank to bill any reoccurring charges for XXXX Citibank set-up reoccurring charges without the consumer knowledge or consent and forcing the consumer to dispute said charge each and every month. Citibank is engaging in unlawful practice by rebilling the consumer account after the consumer cancelled the subscription and giving vendor access to new account numbers and forcing the consumer to pay for unwanted services.
