I applied for service from a property due to the fact that I just moved literally no where to go and I ended up talking to a different company about the same house. So as I'm communicating with the sales rep, I stated that I just applied and paid for a application though another company but I haven't heard back from them at all and it's was maybe a confusing moment but she was like that's not our house, which was weird because it's the same house I applied for but on a different website. I expressed my concern with my XXXX card only saying that I paid for this service as a dispute but never received any service as I done before in the past. Instead of calling me to find out what's going on they closed my account, I have called, email and I keep getting the back and forth to call or to email. I was told by a customer service agent that the card was reported stolen and I never even did that, I had the card on my person. Now so the money I had in my account no one can give me answers about that and what makes me upset is that they couldn't give me a courtesy call so I could have gotten to the bank and grab some money, I have no money, I just moved so where the money going and no one can help me. It's not right to closed someone account for the wrong reasons.
