I bought a new XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, and Chrysler Capital did the financing of the loan. I setup online account access and requested payless statements. I received one payless statement in XX/XX/XXXX and nothing else. I've never received paper statements either. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Chrysler Capital and spoke with XXXX, employee ID # XXXX, who advised me that he could send me a copy of my XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX statements but when he attempted to send it to me, he was only able to send XX/XX/XXXX statement. While XXXX was extremely helpful in trying to resolve the issue, he was unable to. As outlined under 12 CFR Part 1026, subsection 17, the creditor, Chrysler Capital, is required to provide a periodic statement in either print form or electronic form provided by the consumer has agreed to electronic form.
