I tried to make a dispute on an transaction on XXXX with Chase due to poor service. I called merchant first and they refused to refund the money. Then I called Chase for disputing. But they refuse to dispute this transaction and said i dont have the right to make dispute due to poor service, which is not right. The Fair Credit Billing Act protect consumers right to dispute bad service.
