I received a wage garnishment order ( XXXX ) from my employer dated XX/XX/2022 from XXXX. Prior to receiving this notification I had no previous contact or notification from XXXX. I contacted them to request a dispute several times due to the amount of interest and fees I the amount of {$7000.00} on a credit card bill with a balance of {$3500.00}. I think that is very excessive seeing what they most likely paid for the debt. I never received any information that would allow be to file a dispute. I have also requested a hardship form be sent to me several times which I have not received. There was never a judgment filed that I am aware of. My pay is now being garnished to the tune of over XXXX a month which is putting my other bills behind and I am also in jeopardy of losing my job because of this.
