I received my monthly bill from chase which included charges of {$800.00} made on XX/XX/2011. They were submitted 19 different times for {$42.00} for each order on the same day and were not even questioned by Amazon or Chase. The charges were on my Amazon charge card for XXXX XXXX which I don't even know what they are. I have spoken to Chase numerous times and they keep referring me to Amazon. I have contacted Amazon multiple times and am told that I will receive an email from the fraud department within 24 hours. Every time I received emails from the fraud department they keep saying they are working on my claim. In the meantime now when I call, they say that I have been blocked by Amazon and they can't get into the account. They have shut me off from XXXX XXXX which I paid for separately and I am not allowed to order anything from Amazon. I think that I should be reimbursed for XXXX because I can't use or watch shows on it. This has been going on for three months with no satisfaction.
