XXXX of year 2017, for Consumer Portfolio Services , Inc. Offer me a loan for XXXX XXXX and 72 months to pay it off with high interest. Considering the circumstances, I sign the contract. Fast forward Im in my 5 year and was very excited that I was only 1 year too pay this loan off after I paid over XXXX. I was disappointed that the company gave me a statement provided that I still owe XXXX and after I call stated my payoff will be a couple of years from now. I am a hard working XXXX that pay the bill on time and very accountable and dependable. This is company need high attention and investigation. Totally untrustworthy, harassing, fraud, embarrassing, most important negligence of contract. Provide false statements on bills to me and perhaps other customers need to stop and respect good clients that pays there bills not to be ripped off, please support, thanks in advance.
