Placed a large order with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Did not receive items, and rock auto customer service was not helpful, only referred me to XXXX tracking, XXXX tracking shows the items delivered to different city, not the city I specified in order confirmation, which is XXXX XXXX NY XXXX. No GPS location provided by XXXX in delivery confirmation. Or person left with, just saying dropped off to XXXX, the address XXXX XXXX XXXX is in an apartment building with security, delivery couriers cant actually get to my door, so saying it was dropped off to my door is false, and nothing was left in the mail room for my building. There are XXXX buildings on my street ( XXXX XXXX ) and there is no indication on the tracking showing what building it was dropped off to. Citi Bank denied and tried to close my dispute until I requested them to reopen the case today XX/XX/XXXX with a letter I sent to their billing dispute email address.
