Consumer Narrative

On XXXX on XXXX I Received a phone call from " XXXX XXXX. He refused to give me an ID number or last name. He repeatedly cut me off, called me stupid, and talked over me. I requested a validation of debt several times and was told, no, the company would not be sending me any validation. I requested the document be sent through certified mail, which he refused to do. I also requested the documents be sent through regular mail, which he also refused to do. He used very aggressive scare tactics, telling me that I would be evicted and homeless later on in life unless I paid the collection in FULL. I believe this is in violation of FCRA.
