I do not know who this company is. they are fraudulently reporting a medical collection on my credit report, and I never gave them permissible purpose to report any of my information. Collection Bureau of Hudson Valley Inc are in violation of USC 1681b and I want them to be held accountable for their wrongful actions taken against me. I already sent them a letter in writing to requesting to remove it and they blatantly ignoreded.
