so I closed my explorer card and tried to move my whole credit limit over to my quest card when I did the transfer my card only had a XXXX balance on it my credit limit was XXXX and chase only moved over XXXX of the limit and not the full XXXX they kept calling it a balance transfer request it was not my account was pretty much paid and they didn't move any balances over they are holding XXXX on my other card for no reason at all it makes no sense if the account is closed with a XXXX why are they keep XXXX of my limit hostage it make no sense at all I am losing out on a XXXX limit with no fault of my own the account is closed and I charge anything on it it make no sense that XXXX is being from me I want XXXX limit moved over to my quest asap and the lady in the cooperate offices I transferred was worthless researched for a whole week and then came back and said there is nothing we cab do what was she doing for a whole this makes no sense and I want my XXXX limit back this corperate lady had no idea what she is doing what so ever
