Chase closed my account on XX/XX/XXXX after my payroll check was deposited. I was told my account was closed for an unknown reason and that my money would be released to me in a cashier 's check in 10 days. I have been calling weekly and being told lies each week. Still no check. I was told last week that the check was printed on the XXXX of XXXX and would be mailed on the XXXX of XXXX. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that the check has not been printed and Chase doesn't know when it will be printed. I have not bounced a check or ever done anything for Chase to cancel my account, but surely they should give me my money. It's my direct deposit payroll check.
