On Weds, XXXX XXXX XXXX I checked my Netspend XXXX account and verified that it had {$30.00} in it and by Friday, I reloaded it with roughly {$37.00}, to ensure that I had enough to clear the {$50.00} I for an expenditure that needed resolving. When I rechecked my account on Saturday ( this last weekend ) I was stunned that I only had {$46.00} in my Netspend XXXX account, not the minimum of {$50.00} that I verified, knowing that the {$37.00} had cleared yet and would have raised the account to approximately {$60.00}, maybe {$65.00}, since I had not spent any of the account between Weds to Friday. I called the customer service number and they replaced {$4.00}, raising the amount to {$50.00}, leaving me still thinking I needed to wait for the {$37.00} to clear. On Monday, XXXX XX/XX/2022, I call Netspend XXXX to verify that the {$37.00} has cleared which would place the account at {$87.00}, only to verify that I have {$1.00} in the account. Since I only spent {$50.00} on Saturday, on the expenditure that I needed to clear, where did the remaining {$37.00} go that should have cleared by now? The Netspend XXXX managers wont answer my constant calls to their customer service XXXX number and their phone reps use every avoidance tactic possible, to refuse me my right to resolve this accounting failure on their part, with them trying to hide behind accounting practices they claim they are trained in, by refusing to admit that what they see on their screen is absolutely accurate, with me refusing to let them get away with claiming my accounting is wrong, even though Ive pointed out where they are wrong ; the phone reps and managers put me on hold, indefinitely, knowing that their phone system will terminate my call after 10 minutes on hold.
