I sent my deposit slip and money into the building through the drive through. The teller then said Are you paying your rent? I have never been asked this private question before and felt very violated as our conversation was being broadcasted through the loud and echoing drive through. Minutes later the teller come back stating my deposit was short {$10.00} even after I had just counted it. I sent in another {$10.00} and her response was, You dont have to be so rude! I explained that she had made this conversation hostile from the beginning by asking inappropriate questions and that my deposit was all there when I originally sent it in and asked to speak to the manager. She brought XXXX up and he asked if I was accusing his teller of stealing, refused to Cooperate in a civil manner to rectify the situation and gave me the XXXX hour banking XXXX number to file a complaint. He refused to give me the tellers name and acted as if I was bothering him for bringing these issues to his attention.
