on the XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, my chase card XXXX was being used for XXXX and XXXX XXXX while I had the card in my procession so I call chase immediately to find out what was going on the card was then frozen while on the phone the person tried to use the card again for a sum of XXXX at the same location I ask the person on the phone what was going on the stated they were going to look into it and keep me notify by mail I didn't receive any notification. Today around XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX the charges were reverse charges and the case is close and there is nothing they can do I spoke to XXXX and XXXX the manager on XX/XX/XXXX she stated they send out a letter on XX/XX/XXXX I didn't receive any letter from the chase team. i ask if they needed a police report they stated no
