Hello this is my second complaint against Chase at this point. CHASE IS NOT listening to me about my dispute. I am not disputing this credit card, I know this is my account, I am disputing charges on this credit card that I did not make. Yes I have made payments on this account because this account is mine. I AM NOT disputing the account I am only disputing charges that were made without my consent. I am attaching the latest communication I received from Chase in this complaint. THEY ARE NOT DOING WHAT I ASKED AND THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME. I need them to refund my money on the purchases I did not make. Please review this dispute again for the fraud charges on both my chase cards. I do not shop at XXXX I do not eat at XXXX, I do not use my phone to pay for things at XXXX. I did not make these purchase on my credit card. Please do another dispute investigation for these fraud charges.
