In XX/XX/2021 I made a purchase at Sam 's Club in XXXX XXXX. While checking out, I was told if I opened a Sam 's Club XXXX, I would receive a {$100.00} credit. It would be issued immediately making my current purchase free. I said no but succumbed to their pressure tactics and applied for the credit card. I was issu {$18.00} to complete the {$100.00} credit that was to be applied to my card. When I called Synchrony Bank told me that the credit was to be issued {$29.00} now and the remaining {$71.00} in 4 months. I told them that was not was Sam 's told me. They said that is what I agreed to. I had agreed to no such thing and as a matter of fact the only thing I signed was for the credit card purchase of {$82.00}. I called no less than 6 times to get this fixed, to no avail. I then spoke to the XXXX of my local Sam 's club where this all took place and he said there was no such agreement. That I should have received the entire credit at one time. When I asked if he would contact Synchrony Bank with me and explain this to them. He said he was not able to do that. I have paid nothing on this credit card as nothing is due. However, my current balance is {$220.00} due to late fees and interest charges. Synchrony Banks calls me no less than8 times per day since this has all began. I have blocked their number but get voicemails daily. I have saved all voicemails.
