US Bank is illegally holding my money and won't let me close account. Went to bank to deposit an {$11000.00} check. This was fine. XXXXaiting the standard 5 days for it to clear, which it did. Then went to bank to wire funds and get access to that money. US Bank refused, despite funds being available in balance. Then the next day I complain and all the sudden I can't login to bank account. When I call customer support, they tell me the account has been closed, yet can't give me a reason. They say it is undergoing an " account review '' although this makes no sense. US Bank refuses to give timeline for when I will receive check for funds in balance and branch XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at the XXXX XXXX NC XXXX says they could hold funds FOR MONTHS. This is totally unreasonable. Never bank with US Bank they are scum!!!!
