I have had multiple car loans with Chase Bank with no problems. However, on my loan number XXXX, Chase Bank is inaccurately reporting {$58.00} as delinquent. I had taken advantage of their Covid 19 program to extend the loan. I have made all payments on time and have never been overdue. I made my last full payment in the amount of {$260.00} on XX/XX/2022 for the payment that was due on XXXX XXXX. I realized that there was small payoff amount due so I contacted Chase Bank via phone on XXXX XXXX and paid off the remaining balance due of {$58.00} which I believed to be the finance charges from the Covid XXXX extension. While checking my XXXX credit report on XX/XX/2022. I am informed that Chase Bank reported the amount of {$58.00} as delinquent loweirng my credit score by XXXX points. I contacted Chase Bank and was informed that there is nothing that they can and will do. I have consistently made my payments on time with Chase and have had multiple car loans through the bank. Now, they are refusing to update my credit report to say Paid in full and remove the delinquency of {$58.00}. Had I been aware of a payment due in this amount, I would have most definitely made the payment before Chase considered it delinquent. I relied on making my payments via phone since I have not been able to og into my Chase loan account for over a year. Chase agents stated that normally courtesy calls are made to customers but I never received a call from them about this matter. I would not jeopardize my credit score over {$58.00}. I am requesting that my credit report be updated to show paid in full with the delinquency removed.
