Hello, I hope this message finds you well. A couple of months I reviewed my credit profile and seen inaccurate information regarding my student loan ( DPT ED/AIDVANTAGE ). The status is reporting late. I find that strange since I don't recall being late at all. Prior to submitting this complaint, I have sent over 3 letters to the bureaus to have them send the proper validation of this alleged late payment. I have even requested bank statements to be provided to prove that the payments were indeed late. However, all bureaus have avoided me. This makes me angry my consumer rights are being violated! I have the right to dispute any misleading information. I saw a ton of inaccuracies from XXXX. Doesn't this go against the FCRA Laws?
