My XXXX sends out government benefits via netspend cards. I rec 'd a netspend card, and the XXXX has loaded funds on it on behalf of my daughter. I want to transfer those funds from the card to a regular bank savings account for my daughter. On XX/XX/XXXX from within the account, I asked for ''the routing and acct number for netspend debit card '' so that I can ''transfer the funds into my bank acct. '' I asked them ''What is the proper routing number, and would the account number be the 16 digit number on my card? '' On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX rec 'd the following from the CSA via private message to account inbox : Re : routing and account number for netspend so I can transfer money out " I understand that you need your account and routing number. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have this feature on our card. If we do add this feature in our card in the future, we will communicate it through marketing materials ....
