We are getting ready to paydown our Bank of America HELOC so i wanted to clarify what the deferred interest was that kept showing up in our statement. I also wanted to clarify what a particular transaction was in our transaction history online was since we haven't drawn from the line of credit sinceXX/XX/XXXX or XXXX. This transaction does not appear in our statement. I called customer service and I was told a 'case ' would be opened to look into the matter since they couldn't explain what the deferred interest was for. They also did not see the transaction I was referring to in their transaction history. Why does it show up in our activity online? I was told a copy of our transaction history would be mailed to us. We have heard nothing about the case nor have we received any transaction history documents.
