XX/XX/2022, I recently had to transfer my student loans to a new company called Aidvantage, because XXXX said they will no longer be handling Federal student loan repayments. Ever since I transferred my student Federal loans I've been paying on them Aidvantage has not been putting accurate information on my credit score, they've even increased my loan amount, which caused my credit score to go down. I called Aidvantage to complain about my account having incorrect information reporting to my credit score and everytime I'm waiting to talk to an agent it says my call has been rejected. I've also tried login into my Aidvantage account online and after I enter my correct username and password it still wont show my account information, it just shows a blank screen, and they have not put out system will be down warnings, so it should work. Hopefully the inaccurate student loan information has nothing to do with me recently applying for a house and recently being preapproved.
