On XX/XX/2021 I was arrested and brought to my state prison. I was charged with simple assulat. My card was stolen and over {$4900.00} was charged to my account while I was incarcerated for various different transactions, all while my SSI benefits were being placed on the card monthly. I made a police report, stopped my card and requested a new one, disputed the transactions as well as provided the company with all the necessary paperwork. After the 10 business days, I was denied my credits back due to their investigation no error had occurred. The representative who placed the dispute in my file completely botched it and put the wrong transaction amounts as well as a completely different dispute amount totaling only {$3700.00}. Which we all know that while being incarcerated especially by XXXX XXXX XXXX, you have no credit cards in prison. I have spent over 60+ hours on the phone with Netspend to be denied cooperates information, as well as promised call backs that never occur. My car insurance lapsed due to this fraudulent activity, as well as I am losing everything that I own in my storage unit because both accounts were set up for auto payments and there was more than enough funds available to cover them while I was away. On top of denying me my refund they have also charged numerous fees. Above and beyond this there was a representative that works there, their contract is out of the XXXX, who also took all my personal information home with them after a call was disconnected, and hit me up on XXXX. They are complete fully ignoring privacy laws, consumer rights, committing fraud, stolen identity privacy acts, as well asConstutional rights and laws.
