Good day sir/madam, My name is XXXX, my Chase Checking Account was hacked on Friday, XX/XX/2022. I received an automated Chase Fraud Alert, and I Declined the transaction. That morning not sure how they did it, but the Hackers took {$1400.00} from my checking account without my Authorization. I've been disputing and fighting this for over 2 months, and Chase is declining my request. I had provided XXXX Gas Receipt, Police Report, and Bank Statements. I can not be in 2 Places at once, I had told them, I was gassing up at XXXX XXXX, NJ ( XXXX ) and the ( 2 ) transactions took place in Chase Branch XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NJ ( XXXX or XXXX ), it's a XXXX drive depending on traffic. Supposedly, according to Chase Representative, the transactions were done using Phone Tap feature. I DO NOT have that feature on my phone, I use a physical card, as I mentioned to Chase Claims/Fraud Department .
