I received an alert that my credit files had been flagged/updated by Choice Recovery Inc. , on XX/XX/2022 for {$470.00}. Choice Recovery IncXXXX, are debt collectors demanding a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not received any goods or services from Choice Recovery Inc., and I do not know how Choice Recovery Inc., received my private medical information. Choice Recovery Inc., does not have a permissible purpose to contact me for any reason in regards to any alleged debts. There are no contracts in place to support that we have agreed to honorably conduct any business and I have not agreed to pay/tender anything to Choice Recovery Inc. , My HIPPA rights have been violated. I am not a party to any agreements that Choice Recovery Inc., may or may not have with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am not responsible for Choice Recovery Incs purchase / transfer. Choice Recovery Incs reply outside of the CFPBs portal, must be delivered via the postal service. If the envelope is not properly stamped by the postmaster ; it will be returned to sender due to mail code violations. ( I will upload all proof ) Please abide by all mail codes. All calls are recorded for my safety. Please be advised that neither Choice Recovery Inc., or XXXX XXXX XXXX are Holders In Due Course. Please remove this unverified account from my credit report and Cease and Desist.
