Consumer Protection Financial Bureau old case number XXXX. I'm filing a new complaint against Citi bank because back in XX/XX/2022 my account was blocked after my last transaction which was a wire transfer {$2200.00} and a fee of {$25.00} totaling {$2200.00} was pending on the recipient end had not gone through and was told by Citi bank agent in a phone conversation it will be blocked and probably won't go through. Before the transfer I had {$2000.00} plus United States dollars in the checking account, with the wire transfer being blocked it should bring my account balance back up to {$5000.00} plus United States dollars. When Citibank blocked all services pertaining to my personal checking, savings account, wire transfers, online services and the ATM. I XXXX is my nickname have contacted the Citi Bank several times during the Grace period Given to me by them and was told by Citi bank agents they'll be sending me a letter and a refund of my remaining balance XXXX to 60 days. In which I XXXX haven't received. Since Citibank discontinued banking relations with me, I had proceeded to call and get an explanation on the closure and why I haven't received my letter and the check of the {$5000.00} to almost {$6000.00} United States dollars. But Citi bank refused to provide any answers and told me to ignore any emails or messages and would hang up in my face. Clearly I still receive text messages. Another deep seated concern Citi bank has overdrawn the checking account with old transactions after permanently blocking me, XXXX out of all banking services. Citi bank has Embezzled My Money and Fraudulently overdrawn the checking account for No Apparent reason.
