When I go online to see my recent CITI CARD statement ( at their website ) I get this message : " We couldnt find any recent statements for this account. You wont see statements for periods when there wasnt any account activity. '' This in spite of the fact that I received this email from CITI : " Your statement is available online - make or schedule your payment now. '' Customer service both online & by phone has been no help in resolving issue. I'm still unable to review my statement and yet they expect me to pay my bill without checking the charges first.
