Consumer Narrative

Good afternoon, In XX/XX/2022, I signed up for a US Bank " cash back deal '' that was sent to me through an email. The cash back deal stated that if I made a purchase of {$100.00} or more from XXXX XXXX XXXX, that I would receive {$35.00} cash back. I made the required purchase on XX/XX/2022 for {$100.00}. I never received the cash back, even after contacting US Bank twice. I believe this is an Unfair and Deceptive practice by US Bank to not follow through on their offers.
