I applied for the covid forbearance plan that I was eligible for they advised that I was and said I would get my letter within the next week. I later learn that I was denied the assistance for Covid forbearance due to the property management team stated that the property is vacant how can you deem a property as vacant when the lights are on when the water is on and the gas is also on is beyond my understanding. The property has never been vacant and each and every time I try to work with this company they insist on advising that they will work with me and later this is never the case they hire these people who deemed the property as vacant. We have had a lot of storms in MS and therefore due to the storms it looks as if the property is vacant due to all the trees and waste after the tornado and constant rain which has made the up keep extremely hard the company hires people who sell my information to seize my home during this state I have had an unlimited amount of calls and text messages due to the breach of information within this company requesting that I sign over the home or I sell it to the outside rep. The company is hiring employees who are working for themselves to seize homes from the home owner in order to make a side profit for themselves giving out confidential information that is not suppose to be given out it is a breach in credit information a breach in privacy information it is a breach within this company that if they are doing this to me I am very sure they are selling the information of other homeowners to investors and other institution without the homeowners consent or knowledge it is important that someone investigates this company and their lack of assisting the homeowner using skillful tactics as loop holes claiming the property is vacant in order not to offer the programs available for the homeowner to keep their home only trying to seize and sell to investors who are within the company as colleagues to make a side hustle off of the homeowners expense an immediate investigation into the skillful tactics of this company is needed using slick loop holes to deny such as vacant after this brings it to the bank as not eligible for assistance due to slick use of loop holes within the mortgage system.
