Consumer Narrative

There was a third party being part of my account. I had to pay about 3years straight {$350.00} so my loan interest would not go high or have any late payments. Also it was supposed to be also as getting the Loan at its lowest and would not have to pay the full amount. The person " XXXX '' was assuring me to get my loan cleared and paid by Government payoff that was supposed to happen. ( It never happened they were just charging me. ) Not sure what needs to be done. I would like some help to put the complain in and see if I can get my money back from them for charging me for free services that should have been given this entire time.
