today XXXX at XXXX I received a call on my private cell phone number whereas I have been receiving calls on this private number from realtors, investors and etc while I am litigation with this present fraudulent foreclosure on my home. In one of my previous CFPB complaints I mentioned that my number is being given out to many to harass me to pressure me to give up my home or sell to them when I am fighting for years in court to stop this fraudulent foreclosure attempt with forged/photocopied documents. This call told me that they at Chase were monitoring my payment transaction history and want to offer me a payment offer. I hung up because this is a non existent debt that they well know I am in court with. These calls started over 2 months ago and Chase has already been told to stop giving out my private number and to not use it at all. I want these calls stopped as well as the mailings and emails etc... This is harassment and fraudulent foreclosure tactics to threaten and terrorise me for my home. I am XXXX yrs old, XXXX, indigent and recently had a second cardiac in the past 2 weeks having to be hospitalised stress triggered. I had XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and this harassment is taking a toll on my health being a life threat. The number Chase called me from at XXXX today XXXX is XXXX when they know this number is not for them to use for anything!!!! My landline is listed with this Chase. XXXX XXXX is hiding their involvement in this fraud/, abuse/profiteering, so much so they have denied me 3-4 FOIA requests in since the laws have included them in their obligation to respond to FOIA requests in XXXX.
