I had fraud charges on one of my accounts and was granted temporary credit from chase bank. They then reversed the charges of {$1000.00} that I didnt make and told me due to miscommunication between me and the bank that Im going to have to pay for the fraud charges because they cant prove it wasnt me when Ive sent and shown them evidence it couldnt have been me. I then closed my account but due to chase bank, Im not able to open an account at another bank because it shows on my consumer report that I owe them money when I shouldnt. Im now stuck with my money withdrawn and no where to go! Ive attached the photo of the day I was clocked in from XXXX to XXXX showing I was at work when the charges were made almost two hours away. I can go into deeper detail if you give me a call at ( XXXX ) XXXX and I can better explain the situation since its been a back and forth issue for the past month
