When I was in XX/XX/11 XXXX online consumption met a fraud, after paid {$490.00}, the person disappeared immediately, I realized that the wrong, immediately contact citibank customer service asked to cancel the transaction, and the next day I went to the branch and confirm my appeal, this transaction pending 2 days status, but two days later the bank still completed the transfer. Few days later, the bank refund me my money, around 10 days, the bank took the money again.In my opinion, I contacted the customer service within half an hour after being cheated and repeatedly confirmed that I had done everything I could. However, the bank made me extremely disappointed. Instead of helping me, it doubled my sadness.
