CitiBank is trying and continues to collect on a debt ( s ) that CitiBank is unable to validate up to date. I sent CitiBank a sworn affidavit dated XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail to perform Debt Validation on 2 accounts. Per 15 USC 1692 et seq., to provide verification of the debt, as being true, correct, and authentic, sworn by oath or affirmation with wet-ink signature signed under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and accurate copy of the original recorded with the appropriate public and government offices against me. plus additional stipulations. ( copies attached for reference ) CitiBank mailed a generic letter dated XX/XX/XXXX addressing only 1 account. The generic letter states " they believe '' the debt is valid and provided basic references only, a copy of the alleged originated debt, and standard account statements. ( CitiBank failed to rebut the affidavit point for point as stated in the letter ) I sent CitiBank an affidavit of Opportunity to Cure via certified mail dated XX/XX/XXXX due to CitiBank failing to honor the stipulations of the Debt Validation Affidavit. I gave CitiBank an additional 10 days to rebut my affidavit and response via sworn affidavit, verified and/or affirmed by a signature under the penalty of perjury. ( copies attached for reference ) 10 days have passed and CitiBank failed to respond. " Silence is Acquiescence, Agreement, and Dishonor ; XXXX conditions apply upon default ''. I sent Citibank an affidavit of Default in Dishonor Notice dated XX/XX/XXXX and delivered via certified mail dated XX/XX/XXXX. By dishonoring all offers by me, the alleged liability is hereby discharged resulting from the dishonor from CitiBank.
