A year ago, I found an incomprehensible entry on my credit report that did not belong to me - FST FINANCIA ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ), Account # XXXX. At first, I just called the bureau, explained the situation, said that this record does not belong. Every time they promised me that this entry would be deleted, but nothing happened. And when I called again, they told me that there was nothing on my case. It's just absurd. Then I began to write letters to the bureau in order to investigate this entry, and provide me with the facts that this entry belongs to me or delete it. The bureau never responded to any of my inquiries. Then I found the address of this strange creditor, wrote them letters asking them to confirm my debt and, in general, at least explain where I got this debt from. As a result, a year of struggle with the bureaucratic system, where no one cares about you and your problems. The record is still present in my report, but I still dont know where this debt comes from and for what. I ask you to remove this entry from my credit report.
