This bank is committing fraud and neglecting their fiduciary duty as well as making defamatory statements about me and lying to federal regulators about the actions of their representatives to contact me. For a year now I have had to tolerate the repeated lie on XX/XX/2021 the branch XXXX of my local bank attempted to contact me. I already reported this was a lie and nothing has been done about it. I am requesting the banks insurance information to file a claim for this defamatory damaging lie that I refused or missed a contact by this branch XXXX. Please show me some proof any attempt to contact me was made. I would remind this bank they have a legal obligation to act in my best interest, please tell me what illegally and fraudulently lying about an attempt to contact me serves to help me. I was never apologized to for the harassment I received at this bank and am tired of being lied to, your bank has 30 days to provide their insurance information for spreading defamatory claims I already many months ago informed your bank was not true. If you fail to disclose your insurer 's information I will forward this to the local XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the GA XXXX XXXX XXXX and the applicable state regulator agency for Insurance, I will find your insurer inform them you failed to contact them about this issue for which your company is liable likely in violation of contractual obligations with them and will take further action to collect for your tortious defamatory claims you tried to contact me and I failed to respond or refused contact from your branch XXXX who NEVER TRIED TO CALL ME AND SENT NO LETTERS THAT I DID RECEIVE! I have phone logs for the number I have on file and have had XXXX Informed Delivery since XX/XX/2021 so any contact attempt would be recorded. You will not lie your way out of this one. Your company has victimized me and illegally lied to federal regulators about your actions.
