I have a Costco Citi Bank Card and requested a credit increase. To do so, I was required to unlock my frozen credit. The first XXXX times, I was requested to unfreeze XXXX. I did so, and was told the credit was frozen. On XX/XX/2022 Citi told me to unlock XXXX which I unlocked for XXXX weeks. I again received a denial because my credit was locked and needed to unlock XXXX. I called on XX/XX/2022 and spoke with XXXX with Citi. She requested I unfreeze my credit with XXXX. I unfroze my credit until XX/XX/2022 and requested she make a follow-up call. XXXX called me today, XX/XX/2022 and said my credit was frozen with XXXX and it was my problem. She tried 2 times with her back office and both times it was shown as blocked. XXXX refused to escalate the problem with Citi. I verified on the XXXX site that my credit was unfrozen. XXXX is unreachable.
