I sent in the information to both XXXX XXXX XXXX on two separate occasions with the updated balance but this company is still validating false information. I have a right to bring civil action against anyone, including a consumer reporting agency, who improperly obtains access to a file, misuses file data, or fails to correct inaccurate file data. At this time I was like this account to be deleted from my social immediately, since it goes against the FCRA.
