I terminated service XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( internet service ) and paid my final bill on XX/XX/2021. I have their email confirmation. However, they kept sending me past due notices. I tried calling. I could only talk to a representative about new services, or a service issue, but I had to have an established account. I didn't. I had closed mine. It was one of their so common " catch 22s. '' So, I ignored the notices. This company made numerous and repeated errors throughout the time I was using their services, this was just another. Then in XXXX I received a notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX trying to collect this erroneous debt. I spoke with them and then through email forwarded them a copy of my XXXX payment confirmation email. I thought I was finally rid of them. Then yesterday, almost six months later (! ), I receive a letter from Collection Bureau of the Hudson Valley trying again to collect on behalf of XXXX. This time I'm sending written correspondence to them, copying XXXX, and insisting they stop this harassment. And... I'm also reaching out to you!
