I have spoken to this company several times since XX/XX/2021, Sezzle. They have been reporting the same information to my credit report for the last 3 months stating I owe {$430.00}. When I dispute this information through the 3 credit bureaus they report back stating my information as accurate when I show proof that I owe no such thing. When I reached out the Sezzle they have gave me the run around stating they have escalated this problem to the credit bureau team and it will get fixed that has not happened since XX/XX/2021. Then they said I will have to close out my whole account and reopen it and maybe that will help. This company also is not reporting that I am paying them as far as payment history. It is now XXXX and the same information is there and I actually owe {$53.00}. I have told Sezzle support in email I am no longer addressing this problem with them this has gone too far.
