On XX/XX/XXXX I filed for XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy protection where I listed the Chase Manhattan bank as a creditor for the alleged {$1300.00} approx that they claim I was overdrawn. At such time the automatic stay went into effect which prohibited the bank from collecting on the money unless, the court lifted the stay or I affirmed the debt. neither of which happened Chase on XX/XX/XXXX decided to end our business relationship without telling me and a full week after the federal court stayed all recovery or collection activities; knowing this I had a wire transfer from my company placed into my account ; not only do the Refuse to give me my monies either by cash, cashiers check or wire elsewhere, I was told that they will mail me a check after they illegally collect monies included in a bankruptcy proceeding.
